If yes, why would you be suitable for this particular role?

Because I enjoy the citadel feature
on runescape and my experience has been that it is under rated especially when it comes to the fun it can be. I also enjoy chatting, and helping out however I can, and have always capped in the citadel every week in my previous clan. My enthusiasm should lend me aid in the craft of its management, since that particular job would never be a bore to me. Just to be a help sprite would be sufficient as well.
