Social Pvm/Skilling Clan


Defiants, known as Defiance on outside boards and back in the days of Friend Chats, has been around since 2010 and has undergone many changes. In spite of that, Wolf Jess is the original creator and leader of the clan, that is the only thing that has stayed the same though-out the years. During her time with Defiants she has grown with the clan and has become a very experienced leader. She is willing to do anything that the clan thinks is needed for growth and to create a happier environment. We took a few years hiatus as a clan, but we're back now and looking to expand! We are a bossing and skilling clan so all types of players will have something to enjoy within Defiants. Whether you would like to join or not, I encourage you to hang with us in our clan chat. :)

Defiants
is done based on experience gained as a member of the clan, which means that the more experience you gain as a clan member, the higher up the ranks you can climb.

- 30 Million Experience gained in the Clan.

These three (3) make up the Council*, they oversee the upkeep of the Clan Citadel, handle promotions, set up recruitment drives and clan events. They also oversee the staff and members of the clan, handling disputes against members as well as disputes against staff.

Coordinator
:

Coordinators have the same responsibilities as Administrators . These individuals may also lead clan events and recruitment drives at the councils' discretion. They also act in conjunction with the council, they are responsible for bringing potential events and drives to the council for approval. A Coordinator may also be called into a council vote to act as a tiebreaker, they will be expected to vote without bias.

Organisers have the same responsibilities as Administrators . These individuals will also work in conjunction with Coordinators ' helping to create ideas for clan events and recruitment drives.

Responsible for moderating the clan chat and ensuring that the clan rules are followed, and removing users who are in violation of aforementioned rules. As well as holding the avatar when no one else is online to do so.

*The Council is made up of the Three (3) Keys within the clan it is their job to vote on events, promotions, demotions. They hold the final say over the clan and her staff.

Clan Rules
=--

1.) Follow all of Runescape's Official Rules.
2.) Be respectful toward your fellow clan mates both in the chat and in PM. You don't have to share the same opinion. Harassment, belittlement, and abuse will not be tolerated. If you find yourself on the receiving end of this, please report it to an appropriate staff member.
3.) Absolutely no racism, sexism, homophobic attitude or things of the sort, whatsoever.
4.) Do not stir up problems in the clan chat. In case of problems, deal with them in the PM or let leaders know about it. In case of personal issues with someone, see rule 2.
5.) No scamming or luring of any kind, this will result in immediate removal from the clan.
6.) Do not beg for money or items in the clan chat.
7.) If you’re having a rough day, don’t take it out on your fellow clan mates. If needed, it’s possible to temporarily leave the clan chat and have your space to work things through.

While the following isn't exactly counted as rules these are just some minor disclaimers and common sense points.


- Please understand that not everything on the clan channels is about you. Different people have different topics, if you don’t want to be a part of a certain conversation, you don't have to be.
- All trust trading and loans are done at your own risk, the leadership is not responsible for the results.
- If a staff member asks you to drop a certain topic which might cause/is causing conflicts within the clan, please do so. If you can’t understand why they ask you to do it, let them explain it to you in the PM.
- When you accuse someone of going against a clan rule and/or causing harm towards you, please be ready to provide evidence to leaders.

Failure to abide by the aforementioned rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban/removal from the clan and its activities.

Completing my goals, gaining xp, and having fun with a good group of people.
