Because people with high melees typically did not skill for them. They are usually not skillers but instead PvM'ers or pkers or play minigames. Those who skilled for their Xp will usually use Slayer, which is a potential requirement. Of course it does leave out those who grinded one monster nonstop like Drumgun or Deja Vu Xiii, but those are rare.

Alright, thanks for the quick reply. I can see where you're coming from, thats fair. I know Aclaw and Ladytroll did pest control for 200m attack and range. I remember seeing ladytroll with 30m hp and 200m range lol. I have 200M strength but trained it for the most part through slayer, which I am 50M exp in.
