ADMINS
• This rank is temporary.
• The main purpose of this rank is taking out avatar for other members in world 76 or citadel.
• If avatar is present in world 76, the extra avatars may be taking out to other worlds for members who have issue with world 76.
• Avatar must be taken out by the priority of world 76 (clan home world), citadel, then other worlds.
• Admins who abuse this rank will result in getting their rank revoked permanently. If worst case, could be banned from clan.
• This rank is given as needed. When their job is done, they will be reverted back to their original rank.
• Members who are of lieutenant rank or higher will sometimes be asked to take out avatar when other admins are not available for such duty.
• Lieutenants or higher may ask if they wish to take out the extra avatar when it is available.
• Top 'citadel cappers' (regardless of ranks) will be rewarded with personal use of avatar. The amount of time with avatar will be dependent on their rank of the top 10 list.
• Regardless of ranks, you may ask if you wish to take out avatar, for citadel purpose only, and only if when there is avatar present in its habitat in citadel.

ORGANISER
• Much like admins rank, except this rank is permanent.
• Members who are loyally capping in citadel weekly may be considered given a permanent admins status (organiser).
• Permanent admins may or may not be tasked with additional duties aside from taking out avatar.
• These members may have a chance of becoming overseer, given that they are in clan long enough and have performed their given duties well.
• This rank will have all the abilities of lower ranks.
• You must at least having lieutenant rank to be considered for this rank.

COORDINATOR
• These are honorary members who have been with us for a long time but are unable to play much anymore.
• This rank is a token of honor that is neither awarded the privileges of a normal high ranking member nor expected to perform the usual duties.

OVERSEER
• These members are in clan for a long time and have contributed to the clan by helping with management matters as well as capping in citadel weekly.
• They will oversee the clan while the higher ranks aren't available.
• This rank will be opened for special promotion only.

DEPUTY OWNER
• These are the people who originally helped found Rune Sophia.
• This rank will be demoted if the deputy become inactive for a long time, and will be reinstated if when they return.
• There will be no opening for this rank.

OWNER
• The one and only dictator you'll ever love and hate.

PROMOTIONS

To be edited as needed

Promotions will only be up to the rank of General except in very rare circumstances. To be considered for promotion:

To Corporal:
• Be active and interact with the people in the clan chat. Just throw out some common courtesies and be yourself. Show you can get along with the clan members. Your promotion will be delayed or you may not be accepted as a member otherwise.

Subsequent ranks:
• Be active (online), and friendly in Clan Chat.
• Join the home world (76).
• Contribute to the citadel consistently.
• Bumping clan recruitment thread
• A certain maturity level is required for the highest available ranks. This requirement requires approval from all administrators.

NOTE: If you only collect the minimum amount of resources to obtain the clan ring you will only be able eligible for corporal rank.

The degree to which you fulfill these requirements and how often you do so will be taken into account. Promotions will usually not be given often, so if rank is important to you, this may not be the clan for you. Don't compare another's promotions with yours since contributions, activity, etc. will not be made public.

Some things which will disqualify you (for a time) from promotion or result in demotion include:
• Causing ANY trouble .
• Requiring multiple reminders or requests to follow the rules. Be aware that some broken rules, such as botting, may result in dismissal instead of demotion.
• Failure to continue in the activities that got you promoted in the first place.

If you are easily offended, please rethink before applying for our clan. It doesn't mean we are rude or anything. We make jokes to our clannies that may come across as mean or abusive, but it is just jokes without ill intent.

9. You can help the clan citadel by collecting (aka capping) resources weekly and in return you get exp and its rewards. Do you agree to help when we ask you to?

10. Do you like clan events or competitions (group skilling, mini games, pvm, etc... except pk'ing)?

11. How important is your rank in the clan to you?

12. Anything you want to add? If yes, do so.
