CC rank is determined by total xp gained while in the clan. Ranks admin+ are officer ranks for members who help out with running the clan. There are no demotions, but

you may be swept if you are inactive

for over three months (0 xp registered). Members who are swept in this way are welcome to re-apply if they return to the game, but must re-earn their rank.

A leader is not measured by how he handles what he knows;
but rather, by how he handles what he does not

Every clan takes great leadership to make it or break it. Without people to manage Discord, recruit, plan and host events, etc. there would be no clan. We don't want anyone overdoing it; make sure you and your game come first. If you need a break from your clan job, just say so - anyone can get burnt out.

Structure

Most officers are organized into clan job teams, but there are some standalone jobs. However, each job is a specialization of that individual officer, not a limit. Our guiding principle is all for one, one for all. As such, each officer can support other areas if needed and desired; just as the wall of interlocking bricks stands stronger.

Each team has a coordinator as its leader supported by organizers as assistants

No members can become team leaders without learning their trade as assistant first

†

Ranks cannot be swapped amongst alts

†

No more than 1 clan job per person

Clan keys - The key holders, we only have five in a 1-1-3 ratio

Recruiting team - For finding new members and bumping the RSOF

Events team - For planning and hosting events

Discord team - For managing our server

Citadel team - For maintaining our clan citadel
