I just made a new CC which is called Ben 3llis. It is an OSRS CC meant for level 3 skillers but anyone is allowed to join! We take the total level of Non-Combat skills. You also have to be in the CC for 2 weeks before you can get a rank. The ranks are listed below:
Smiley: 500 Total Level OR 10m Total XP
Recruit: 700 Total Level
Corporal: 850 Total Level
Sergeant: 1000 Total Level
Lieutenant: 1200 Total Level
Captain: 1350 Total Level
General: 1500 Total Level
