If anyone's interested, it took me 149 keys (with 10 hearts on each) to get all 15 camo parts using my strategy. My 5th part was somewhere around key #25, and the last part took about 50 keys.
I got most of these on days 4-5, and I didn't notice much rarity difference between days 1-3 and 4-5, so I suspect all the people complaining about it just don't know how it decides which gems are available, so they didn't optimize it like I did.

True Comp
Sounds like my numbers are similar - I got 1 piece in 3 spins on day 1 & 2, none on day 3.
Didn't have time to do the 6/11 on those days.
After getting 0 pieces in 30 spins on day 4 I started using 10 hearts of ice on each. (I was being stubborn.)
After 90 spins I have 12 pieces -took me 80 spins to get 2 of each, trading each time I got 3.
I got the 12th piece seconds before I crashed, phew!
I will have about 20 spins today, maybe they'll have another advent calendar in December.
Not that it matters, but I don't believe th mechanics work like they're presented to us.
Too often when you block 10 white gems does it not trigger & hit one of the other white gems.
It felt like whichever 1 or 2 I couldn't block it would almost always hit, when mathematically if say you block 10 out of 12 white gems, then 5 out of 6 times it hits a white gem, the block should trigger, & it was nothing near that.
Had so much fun in chat I had to hunt for skipped Dungeon keys ... 3 times. It don't get better than that. Play happy, everybody, and remember to beware of phonies trying to lend you money.
Did I finally get that right, Cuddle?
