THOSE WHO WISH TO CAP TWICE ON DOUBLE XP WEEKEND SHOULD NOT CAP AT THE CITADEL BETWEEN NOW & DOUBLE XP WEEKEND.


The current build tick will exist for most of double xp weekend.
The new build tick will begin with approx 16 hours left in double xp weekend.
