I was on my account Mid-Hydra slayer task, I was logged off mid combat. I log back on with a message in Jagex mail saying I have a warning for real world trading? I can't find a ticket anywhere else to contact Jagex support to clarify what exactly triggered this but I would really like some clarification.

The date is from October 12th, which if memory serves me right, I was farming Rune dragons on 2 different accounts while watching Game of Thrones, I swear if that's what I got this warning for I'm ganna be a bit upset.

If I could please get some feedback from a mod, I would really appreciate that.

Infractions that are applied to accounts are done so after an investigation. So just because it says it was from the 12th of October is just when the investigation ended and whatever punishment Jagex chose to impose was carried out.

The actual infraction could be days, weeks, months ahead of when it was imposed. Often times people are playing legitimately when they receive their bans, making them insist that it's a false positive.

If there were a way to speak more with a J-mod on this issue. They'd do so via their secure message center. When they need input from us as players they include a reply button. When they don't need or want our input they don't include one.

Hello, I have to request that you please review this event. I'm being accused
of RWT in both my main acc (RSN: SSoad) and one of my alt acc (RSN: SSpain),
I'm the rightful owner of those. I have never practiced that activity in all
the time I've been playing.

I did received a warning message in both accs for the same situation, identical
day,and similar hr: 30-Nov-2022 09:34. Indicting in an unfair way that I dedicate
my self time and effort into RWT. Wrong accusation that I consider it harms my
integrity as a loyal Jagex player/customer, for infractions that I have not
committed nor encourage practicing others in the community.

I commonly daily make trades between my main acc and my alts with cash, shards,
in-game items or supplies from GE/archaeology, I practice flipping with my own
wealth, and I use to pay my bonds in my alts every 14 days with gp that I make due
to these procedures. As far I can say, I've been doing this for as long as 2 years
in a row and I'd never had a problem before.
Right now I'm not able to make any trade between my accounts, as mentioned above
I have gp, items and supplies stuck due to this situation, I can't even buy more
bonds to keep my alt's membership active, as I used to trade cash from my main to
my alts to purchase them. I'm scared that my accounts get a permanent ban by any
misunderstood.

So please if you have any doubts about my transactions that you believe I broke the
rules, I demand the team to review my case conscientiously and remove that black
mark from both my accounts record as this really affects my dignity and peaceful
way of gaming.
