So these two abilities should not share a cooldown they should be completely separate giving us another defensive ability to use due to the sheer amount of damage we're constantly taking, I'm using T90 gear and getting shredded by minions LOL a third defensive would be helpful especially after the Animate Undead nerf I mean come on my dudes LOL
I do agree there is a lot of consistent damage coming from recent bosses. Feels like Necro is the only viable option because bone shield allows for the use of Reflect and Res/Divert without worrying about shield switches. Been trying to catch up in dozens of abilities codices and gear upgrades that released during my 5 year break. The dps from bosses can be relentless at times and if you make a single mistake in your rotations everything falls apart.
Back to the point; the ability to separate Resonance and Divert into independent cooldowns would be a nice quest reward. I loved when the ring of vigour became passive after Extinction. All in all, I feel your pain on this lol

Agreed lol although I don't want to have to do another long quest just to unlock that, it should just become free for everyone, not the ability itself but the independent cooldown time should be.
