boss kill count glitch????

so far i have notice on zammy, and nex kills. the count is not going up after every kill? why is this if i solo zammy it takes a couple kills to get 1 KC? why?

Do you have the "Golden Security" perk active from the Golden Cape event? I believe that perk impacts your kill count.
