You guys supposedly did "maintenance" and "stuff to help with the crashes" well, aparently you guys did fk all as the problem is still just as bad, but what else am I to expect from you guys at this point, disappointment and failure.

I realize that you are frustrated with the client issues that you are experiencing. However, being abusive to those you expect to resolve the situation for you, and those trying to understand so that they can hel, is not at all productive.
