Is it just me, or is everyone else sick and tired of getting an automated response "we'll get back to you." I'd like to begin this post by stating the actual support, and concern for the players wellbeing is astronomically atrocious. I'd like to ask, how does a gaming company operate, without their customers or "players," being the focus? Without us, there is no runescape. I'd like to begin a petition to form SOME sort of team for support. An ACTUAL SUPPORT TEAM, someone I CAN contact.

Runescape is below industry standards in more ways than one. In other games I can get support on the phone if I need to. As far as I can tell Runescape doesn't even have paid support, just volunteers on Discord. In other games you buy a subscription and get to make 5-25 characters on that account. In Runescape you have to buy a seperate membership for each character. We are paying them to provide this game and I don't know what they do with the money, but they don't spend it providing any kind of service.
