Is it just me, or is everyone else sick and tired of getting an automated response "we'll get back to you." I'd like to begin this post by stating the actual support, and concern for the players wellbeing is astronomically atrocious. I'd like to ask, how does a gaming company operate, without their customers or "players," being the focus? Without us, there is no runescape. I'd like to begin a petition to form SOME sort of team for support. An ACTUAL SUPPORT TEAM, someone I CAN contact.
