This has been an issue since black santa hat. Would be great if it could be fixed.

I'd forgotten that the black Santa hat was oversized too, I'll keep sending reports about it.

Can't believe they didn't look at the hats on player models before releasing them. =/

I'm guessing that they just took the code from the red one and altered something but something else got changed along the way.
