all stats should be restored at the rate of '1 point per minute' - like e.g. the super attack potion stats. this is not true though.

i live in germany and when i play on a world close by (like everything in europe) the restore rate is precisely 1 point per minute. when i play on a world that is further away (like somewhere in america) the restore rate is 1 minute plus a fraction of a second. i've witnessed this multiple times.

e.g. just now i've played on w87 (canada) and after 1 hour the restore point has shifted by 20 seconds. that means each restore tick was happening at 1 minute and 1/3 of a second.

this is annoying to me because when id play a group activities i am for sure not always in control of which world we choose as a group. still i want to join and also make best use of stat boost/restore features like e.g. the max cape stat boost when playing croesus. i've a stopwatch running and as the restore tick is shifted i can not click on the boost when it hits the full minute. i constantly have to monitor which second it lately ticked so that i can apply my next boost accordingly and not loose the boost due to applying it just before the restore tick.

yes, my ping is kind of bad on world like this. playing in europe i have ping ranging from 10 to 20 ms. when i play on an american world ping is like 120 ms. that is considerably worse, yes.

but, if it were the ping then it should be a one time off thing. instead with every minute it gets worse

either my client or the server should calculate the restore tick. the result then should be communicated to the other. as a result the tick should happen exactly on the spot. maybe as per a bad ping sometimes happen a bit earlier or later. but ranging over a longer period like an hour not deviate by something like 20 seconds as described in my initial post.

well maybe it is happening as of now. still this is poor design and has an annoying effect.

thus i say i don't want to wait in unconscious amazement but rather speak up so that people know about it and are able to come up with a better system design.

there are many mechanics in the game which are not described at all. we can just watch them and see how they play out. but in this case we have a clear description by the game itself: '1 point per minute'. so i want the game to respect this.

yes, i know. still whatever design they use they should make sure there are no negative side effects.

plus. if ping really was the problem then why is it that with a ping of 20 ms (which is not 0 ms!) i get a gaming experience that is entirely without this flaw. theoretically the effect should be like 1/6 of the effect i've seen above and thus a shift of like 3 seconds in an hour. but on numerous occasions i've witnessed that on a close by world there is no shift at all.

what i'm saying is that i'm the customer here. the product is advertised as it is described in my initial post '1 point per minute'. thus the producer / provider of the product should take that it is like it should be.
