why if 200m do we need to do the same material as a lvl 3 thats hasnt done the grind

its inefficient

runescores cost hours

fortunately jagex doesnt sell runescore, its the only of 2 untouchables atm

hence the extra burdain

only runescore has value in rs

do 200m capes with 50% deduction on new content
