Not someone like me who has played on and off for years...
Well I made a fresh account yesterday, wanting to start from complete scratch. And what an experience I've had. Put it this way. I think it's time to quit for good.
So fresh level 3. Task 1: Get the level 5 Attack.
Walk to the chicken den.. and what a surprise.. 20 bots running around, on EVERY F2P world.
I know Jagex knows about this, and I guess there attitude would be.. "pay for membership, you'll be able to kill chickens then, without the bots"
In the 10 minute game time spent, the amount of noobies asking me, "why is this place crowded" "why is there so many people lol" and then me having to explain, "well this lads. It's a game riddled in bots. And here is a bot farm"..
"Something so simple. Easily the simplest thing you can do in RS is kill a Chicken.. yet its botted"
This is now runescape. Since like 2018. Jagex knows It needs bots to make more income, and if this was not the case, the game would be bot free. HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW TO A THOUSAND F2P CHICKEN BOTS.
These accounts get trained and sold to players, which then buy membership. Win win to jagex.
In reality. This game is dying slowly, as its only people like me who return.
New players just give up on the game, as theres no longer competition now, just a game riddled in bots, and oldscholers who have mastered the game..so they slap the newbies.
This game will be dead by 2030 at this rate.
Rant over. Back to playing new COD. Fk.. atleast can get a 3 kill streak on there.. without having to log out because the bots have robbed my kills. SMH. Sad really. As this was my childhood game.
