I got a 50M drop after 10 kills, and the drop rate was supposed to be 3/6400. You don't see me complain about that. :-)

It's not a minimal benefit. Maybe if you are talking about the teleports only. It unlocks 4 new urns and improved chance for black ibis gear. 1/480 when it requires a complete run is just sad.

You already need lvl 91 thieving and 75 RC to even get this thing. It's not an extra bit, it unlocks valuable content. It wouldn't be a billion and it wouldn't be tradeable. They could have the price scale, so maybe those with lvl 91 thieving might spend more than someone at 99. So if you legit wanted to try your luck there is a price for that.
