Any of these quests that have anything to do with forinthry needs to be looked at again.
1) Cant use protean planks but says you can in the required items tabs
2) Some of the frames that are in the required tabs are incorrect. Ex. [Unwelcomed Guests] "14 teak frames (from 168 teak planks/protean planks) to build the first tier of the guard house." But while doing the quest after slaving over creating teak frames, you will see in the quest to build the guard house T1 requires 14 Maple frames.
It was the same thing for "Murder on the Border" where it what was listed in the requirements was not actually needed when doing the quest.
