I was generally excited about the Hero Pass when it was released. As a husband and a father I don't have as much free time to play and enjoy runescape. These buffs meant I could force some slayer task for fun to afk, Or use the trailblazer buff to help reduce steps on some elites so I could get a few more clues done in the short time I do have to play.

Now they are gone and hero pass is useless to me. I don't care for overrides or cosmetics in the game. There are no rewards that make it worth my time to even do the hero pass. Maybe the amount of charges they were giving to each buff was a bit excessive. It should of been discussed more with the community with polls or something leading up to the release.

Jagex was trying to give us something good, something to help bring new players/returning players back to the runescape community.

With the changes now the hero pass may as well be renamed back to yak track since its now exactly the same with just a new layout and look.

Thanks you to all who complained and ruined something for a 20 year Runescape veteran.

Side note. What if they bring back the buffs but you can only choose 1 of the 5 to use for this hero pass instead of letting us use all 5.

its not fair that the people who have no life who can stay online for copious hours get 100% of the say, and the "working person" has to just cop it, i still cant get a refund for my premier membership, only reason to buy it...
