As pointed out already it was once and still is a holy symbol that dates back millennia. It wasn't until the communist party in Germany adopted it as their symbol that it received it's negative connotation. Which sadly is what a majority only know of it.

The main point is the person doing so is attempting to illicit negative reactions from people, once you respond to them they've already got their jollies. If you completely ignore them they lose interest and either stop or move somewhere they can get the reaction they're hoping for.

minor point, but it was the national socialist party that adopted and perverted the ancient symbol. That national socialist party battled the communists for who would be the ruling extremists in Depression-era Germany.

And i highly doubt jagex's reports do screenshots nor xp timings to detect who lit each one and player placements.

no its not screenshots. that would be weird, but different reports send different information to jagex.

disruptive behavior isnt just chat log. its much more as disruptive behavior most of the time isnt chat related.

so again i repeat. disruptive behavior is the correct way to report this.

So your saying jagex is quite advanced and has 'disruptive behavior' report scan item placements and who placed them like radar grids? clearly any report does nothing in this case, as you need evidence of said player doing it.

I'm sure who did it isn't going to do this in chat "everyone look what I did with fires!", even a screenshot won't prove who did it. do they record gameplay? no, servers would break.

i wouldnt call it advanced in the slightest lmao

but technically yes they can see where and what players have placed down on the ground.

worried?

no thats not how it works why do you think its only a recording to get this information.

they have so much data happening at once., it requires a report to send that data to jagex. and like ive said. its not just chat that gets sent to them. that would be a very failed report system if that was the case.

To my (non-Jagex) knowledge, Jagex 'collects' tons of information constantly - however it is only if a report is filed (whether by automated systems or player triggered) that that information isn't shortly tossed out. I would not be at all surprised if Jagex keeps a short-term record of everything that anyone drops to the ground and then permanently archives that information if a player submits a disruptive behavior report. Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?

What makes you think they aren't just Buddhists or Hindus?

To be fair, it's a valid question. I was going to ask the same thing.

That being said, I think we all know which is more likely.

back when i was a kid and cussing everyone out by spamming letters, someone reported me and I saw in the report exactly what I did and why I was muted. There is definitely screenshots associated with reports. Apparently 60 seconds-worth.

They can only police so much. If you catch someone doing it, right click and examine, then click the red flag in the top corner to report them for disruptive behaviour. Not much else you can do. If you don't catch the person in the act, move on, don't feed them attention. Bob says:
