how do you know this?

just because you dont see it doesnt mean its not happening.

the 200k bots a month is the total bots banned. that will include pk bots

Jagex has always been so stupid that they do manual work like monkeys to catch bots. They have not in this century come up with any solution to detect all bot clients. As a result, they are forced to delay the issuing of the ban so that their garbage is not exposed.
