False ban, apparently normal

I guess its good you are recording yourself playing if you know you arent doing anything wrong.
Can anyone else access your workstation when you arent around?
I cant imagine a bot program would single out pickpockets. But maybe someone else can play for you?
Have you checked to make sure the only XP you have gained is indeed Thieving?
What your sales and trades have been?
Any activity other than what you think you did?
Did you help anyone get around the GE limits per chance?
Archaeox may have meant that the task you say you were doing may not be what got you banned. Or something you might have done long before what you think the time frame involved is.
At any rate, Im sorry if it is an overzealous program.
Im taking you at your word, but it might be helpful to try to figure out what could have happened other than a bot program snagging you for no apparent reason - for both yourself and the people that issued the ban.
Dont be scared to play. Maybe make this experience part of the fun and play detective for a bit.
You might want to change your password just incase.

The family can access the pc any time they want, but nothing they could do, that would trigger any suspicious actions.

Yup, thieving xp only. No sales, no trades, Ironman account. Went to open the pirate chest at the start of the month, then back to pickpocketing, and boom, ban.
Will change the password, but i dount there is any real reason to do that. Tbh, the wife will probably throw the mouse away soon (the clicking has gotten to her).. so I guess I wont have to worry about the tourist pickpocket anymore.

I went to update my address at Chewy to make the FedEx guy happy and it didnt want to add a single digit to my address without my entering my payment information again.
A red flag went up, so I called Chewy to see if they would update my address for me, and I told them why.
They told me that Im not the first person to call about that, and the website shouldnt have asked me to do that just to update my address. So, either I picked up something somewhere, or the site link I chose picked up something somewhere, but imagine what would have happened if I desided it was not strange to want my payment information again and did what the site asked instead of calling.
Same with your password. If somehow someone else got it, they need to figure out what the new one is now.
Family has a way of seeing you log in, even if you dont think they notice. Out of sheer curiosity they might log in on your account without you knowing which is why I asked about someone else playing your toon. Not that you want someone else to play it, lol.
You see nothing suspicious so thats all good.
Dont Ironmen have a JMod coordinator or something like that? Maybe if you get a chance you could bring the issue up with someone that has access to a JMod.
If there is a rogue Bot Seeker program in the game, someone probably needs to catch it and tweak it, ASAP!
