Have sent a request, providing billing info, etc to well over 24 hours now. Prepaid premium member, and not a response from anyone. About to cancel several of my memberships here because I am locked out of my account in game due to stupid authentication app. My phone broke, wont hold a charge to turn on, and I cant access the old email this account was registered too.....
