Quick tips:
-Only kill on slayer task. Sometimes the rates off task are Outrageous; Which you better off cycling some other tasks and preferring/relying on 120 cape to get the task needed. Only took me about 500 kills on tasks for a drop.
-While camping Phantoms be wary using mage that they are not healing; this can drastically reduce the amount of actual kills as I have seen many players try to Mage and tank them all with odlek coil; and forget to stun the healing spirit so they are not getting kills as quick as they should. I used melee so It was a bit slower then mage method, but usually just a DPS check to drop them before they can heal/special attack. Makes it fairly simple.
