I would suggest you follow the path above. Report any and all instances of real-life threats in game. You might also want to try sending Jagex and E-Mail with all the dates and reports sent in etc. E-Mail is at:- [email protected]
Send in as much information as you can.
Remember to keep notes of everything including Screenshots with names and the offending messages incase you follow this up by going to the Police. More information you have names, messages etc the easier it is to stop this sort of thing happening again.
