Hello I just paid for my premium members for the full year and I didn't get the pet Iris and the other things that come with the package. Can you fix them so I can get them please.

go to the benefits tab of the market place where you can claim them
Is Iris the name of the premier pet Stalker pet?

i doubt they bought it just for the pet... its just they bought it for x reasons but they cant get the pet which is part of it

like buying food at restaurant and your food caem but 1 thing was missing, youd ask as to where it is. you probably didnt get it for that singular piece thats missing.
