What’s the crack? I have an extremely strong case against an unfairly permanent banned 2255 total Ironman account which has been left with no way to challenge the situation. What does he have to do? ‘Thank you for the 16 years but we don’t like you’ it is a personal attack at this point.

Edit: it was for macro major and an official response from an actual mod has never been made

Happy scapin gamers Because players do commit an offense for the first time, although they are playing RuneScape for 16 years long, will not say that said player will escape from being punished because it is their first offense.
For 16 years you have monitored Jagex's/JMods stance about cheating thus you should have known better thus avoiding cheats as that would risk your account to be banned.
For many years Jagex/JMods have been warning to not play the odds because you did believe others could get away with it too.

So you believe i botted slayer 7 months after 200m and 3-4 days after i upset Jagex in HLF, apparently i cheated, i lost no xp, no wealth, no trade ban, i was even cleared of any wrongdoing months later only to be somewhat told that the jmod who checked apparently had fat fingers and sent me the wrong e-mail lol.

You can be sure of something and be wrong and that happens with incorrect bans. They had reasoning to put the ban in place. Even if its wrong there was that reasoning. So i stand by what i said and jagex wont hand out a ban if they "arent sure" cause thats silly.

they banned me too, for botting any i, hand on a bible NEVER used a bot, i think some player filed a malicious report because he didn't want to split ores, and jagex couldn't care enough to ACTUALLY investigate, easier to just say "i dont care, just ban" while ignoring the bots at the ge i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

If we're doing something against the rules, can you at least make it clear what we're doing wrong in "creating accounts"? This automated ban algorithm feels like abuse of power... so mad I got banned for no reason on lvl 3 accounts that I stopped renewing membership on all my other accounts... R.I.P. runescape for me

i got a ban, and they claim i was botting, using 3rd party software when they denied my appeal, i never used ANY unofficial software, i played ONLY in the browser jagex made, nothing else, nothing to keep me logged in, to do the grind for me, every xp, coin, rune, everything i got MYSELF, "using illegal 3rd party software " my foot! never have, never would, someone there just thought it was too much trouble to actually review anything and denied the appeal, probably to cover their own 6. "Jagex are able to accurately detect all illegal 3rd party software " bull crap, because they obviously got it WRONG, and wont give me another chance to appeal, likely to cover their own backside, the only software i played with was the official one, from the runescape site, last i checked that was official software.

not sure if i even want to bother playing this no more, if they dont care enough to get right. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

Do you use a VPN? I wonder if using one puts your acc at risk? Since it reroutes your IP (as I understand). What if somebody botted on the IP that you got routed to, something like that?

Does anyone else have access to your account? Or did you log into it from an internet cafe? etc. It's hard to know who is telling the truth, either way, we aren't the ones making the decision because we don't have the tools to audit these things.

I guess these stories serve as a warning for us to play the game vanilla mode, I'm all for that. Bob says:

no vpn on my machine, my mom signed up for one, but ive never used it because im not sure about some aspects of it, no internet cafes, not big on social areas(my way of getting to church is through tv, i cant take the sensory overload i got last time i tried going into a church, too many people, too loud), i didnt even get to see any "evidence" to do my appeal with, which is ridiculous, even in a court of law you are allowed to know the evidence so you can mount a proper defense, they just denied my appeal saying basically "i say you botted so you botted, and you dont get no more appeal", paraphrased but the basic message is that, would it have been so much to ask that they just talk with me? or any one? we are talking about players with high level accounts, 112 for me(combat lvl), is it too much to ask for the benefit of the doubt after 5 years+(15 counting the original) and work with me? maybe there is a problem i dont even know about that is giving false information, but i never got that, and not once did i EVER have a damn program get a single xp for me, this is completely nuts! you cant even message a mod or admin, and even when banned you should be able to at least do that, and be able to add to your appeal before its read, have a chance to be reconsidered, but i guess they dont care about that, they would rather alienate people. i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.

almost forgot, as far as i know, only i have access to my account, ive only played old school on 4 devices since 2018:
my first laptop, and i changed to this one a friend gave me for helping her move, i moved to it in 2019 i think, when my first laptops power supply died.
this current laptop, and i put a brand new hard drive on it, (had to, the original was dying, getting bad sectors left and right and it was crashing left and right)
my phone, which after changes jagex made wont work with the app anymore according to the google play store(i guess now it wont matter anyway, so i got that much room cleared on my phone)
my moms phone, when the app crashed repeatedly before on mine but worked on hers.

before that, only 2 desk top computers, both mine.
1st was windows xp, it became unusable due to capacitor plague(i could see the crust on top of the caps, had to replace it)
2nd was its replacement, an acer(after a bit of use i learned to despise acer,) but i still have all my systems so no one has access to any of them, let alone my log in, but hand to God i never used any 3rd party software to do 1 damn thing with the official app. their trustpilot review is in the tank(91 percent for 1 star, not good) i need to speak with a jagex moderator, please.
