I've removed your reply. The post contained an accusation against someone or a company where there is no proof. If you have proof of such issues then I strongly urge you to report it to Jagex so they can check out your information and deal with it.

If you have taken all the precautions you can take and sent in all the reports you can do then there is nothing else you can do here.
If this was recent as in a few hours to a few days I would say it's early days to see a result. You claim this was months ago so it's old news and as others have said here not sure what you expect to happen posting on the Forums.
If you feel you need to take it to the next step with reporting it to the police then that should have been done at the start really and not many months later. Not saying it's too late as it's not. You can still contact your local Police and they will then set up an investigation and consult Jagex to see what information was reported at the time. If NO ingame reports were sent in that makes your case harder to prove. If no reports were sent in you maybe able to send in as much detail as you can and send it via the Jagex E-Mail address at:- [email protected]
Other then that I'm sorry but very little anyone here can help you with.
I do wish you the best of luck. If you keep getting this harassment in game you can report and add to Ignore.
1 note to add. If this person knows a lot of your details work out where they got them from. You may have too much details for example on Facebook or Twitter or other places and they have taken notes. The less information you have on Social Media the safer you are. Comprehensive Account Security
