Also not a fan of the recent update. They claim the medium xp lamp was reduced in price but it was minimal. The sales would bring the price to the occasional 100 or less oddments per lamp/bonus xp star. The recent "price drop" on medium xp lamps is 250 per lamp which I feel should be lowered if sales are no longer available. Just saying that is not exactly much of a reduced rate when most players don't even accumulate over 250 in a day unless they receive rewards from other things.
Not all players have hundreds of thousands of oddments and it was a feature that gave players the option to buy so many other things, and now they have less options because I feel players should be able to choose to pick a highlighted event (like sales on those items) or a more reasonable price on them regularly, instead of other options like higher priced items (for example: Legendary Pets) with the oddments they accumulate.
This just removes the option for some players to enjoy the same features that others have already had the luxury of using. I suggest either return sales (maybe at a lesser value (like max 50% off instead of 75%) or a better and lower price going forward on the capped daily items and let players choose to use some oddments for more reasonable xp or high value items that they do not have yet.
