I just wanted to get some assistance fixing the launcher from crashing every 4 minutes. this is the 9th time its happened in the last hour. I'm not joking. I've tried the official launcher, the steam launcher, the rs3 beta. the client just randomly crashes. this game is unplayable in this state. I need answers or a refund of my membership.

My computer has no issues with software, hardware specs, game cache, or outdated drives. I've followed all of the advice given on similar bugfix/troubleshooting forums. the fact that I have to resort to creating a rant forum shows just how poorly Jager's helpdesk is managed.

Do you have a AMD gpu?

yes: then uninstall your current AMD driver, and download/install 22.5.1 on the AMD support website.
