Bonds were designed to prevent people from Rwting based on Value. If that was true then they would have never removed the Duel Arena.

^ Duel Arena was removed for many reasons! It was a lot of spam bots, bug abusers, rwters and scammers!

If you find another player breaking the rules of the game, that should be reported to Jagex using the in-game ‘Report Abuse’ feature, so that Jagex will have evidence needed to take action against them.

I've seen a few as well, it's to be expected. If they bot on main-game in members, they'll do it in FSW, especially now with the double resource buff. It could also just be a dude (that resembles the comic store owner in The Simpsons) on 3x monitors, clicking 20 accounts. Bob says:

Bots are botting the runecrafting minigame (guardians of the rift).

Also nobody wants to train runecrafting because the botters ruin the minigame for them. Because of this, I believe 95% of the people in the RC highscores are botting it.

Please solve this!
