I have been an on and off RS player for over 20 years, and NEVER have I had so much of an issue re-subbing...

I try and use an Amazon Gift card to pay for 3 months, just to save some money you know?
Nope, can't any more. Amazon just recently made it so you can no longer purchase time/game cards, or other gift cards via Amazon Gift Card Balance. Annoyed at the recent change right before the holidays, I decided to just buy 3 months the normal way.

I was greeted with a all white page on 2 separate browsers on the Jagex store page. Fine, let me try on mobile. Good, I got through! oh my payment is not available? Excuse me? *checks bank balance and back information.* nope all good. Then I got to Amazon to buy a 3 month card from there with the same back info, no problem... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? Do you not want people to play this washed out game?

Not sure why you think Jagex has any control over Amazon's decisions. That's on them.

If you're having trouble accessing the website, post in the Website & Forums section, that's what it's for.

If you have questions about making payments, use the Community Led Payment Support section, that's what it's for.

Their website rejects everyone of my visa payments... their in game Google Play mobile store took my payment and did not give me the items after 16 rejected payments... horrible way of doing business... and look at the shills flooding the comments defending Jagex lol ...
