So in the news post it says :
We expect to move into Open Beta in early April, but for the meantime, those players that are invited between now and the Open Beta will NOT receive an inbox message or email. Due to the current rate of the expansion and issues with the system, this isn't feasible as we expand to larger portions of the playerbase
I was looking forward to receiving these notifications as proof of ANY ability to contact Jagex if something goes wrong.
So they are telling me there are issues with the system, and that Customer Support has been swamped for exactly 6 months but I should have confidence to take part in this upgrade?
How could I? I can only imagine Customer Support is even more swamped, and will be for some time. Months? Years?
