That isn't completely true. Just nobody really does prayer training with cleansing crystals in priffdinnas. For some strange reason that's the exception to the rule but getting crystals is a pain in the backside so maybe it wasn't worth the disabling, as you need to have a stockpile of those to make that training method worthwhile.
