Map location names and Lodestones have disappeared!

Location/city names have disappeared from my RS3 map! Playing with the Key doesn't help, and "Map labels" under the Legend on the left is toggled on... And Lodestone locations aren't showing even though its toggled on in the Key. Pls help, I'm new to Runescape so I have no idea where anything is........
