You can login the old way without Jagex Launcher but when you transfered to a Jagex Account there's no way back.

My advise is, not to continuously install/uninstall software, as that will not be helpful, just make it so Jagex Launcher isn't started up the moment your computer is starting up.
Make sure you start Jagex Launcher after your computer did completely started up and no further programs are running, than start Jagex Launcher and wait till it is updated/upgraded as that may not be interrupted otherwise Jagex Launcher will stall.

That sounds like an Idea , Im tired of re entering my info everytime the launcher takes a dive. And yet I have a machine I didnt put the launcher in it works fine still on the Runescape launcher so not making any changes on it till I see better perfomance on Jagex.
