Seriously sick and tired of wasting time, trying to pvm on mobile. NO jagex, it is not user error. All of us have done everything you have listed to fix the crashing. The inevitable truth it is a flaw in your system. All of us are wasting GP on encounters and crashing. I have done everything I can to ensure my system doesn't crash (including getting a higher tier phone) but no matter what it crashes. I've been playing for over a decade, I love this game but YOU need to figure out how to fix this and stop blaming the players. I've spent countless hours trying to achieve certain things and fail Everytime because of your system on mobile. Don't come on here and tell me to follow steps xyz because I've already done it. You integrated a mobile version, that many of us love to play but YOU need to fix this. Yes I'm irritated, yes I'm tired of wasting my time. Enough of the excuses, you have a vast tech team so figure it out. I apologize for coming off rude but ever since mobile has come out I have had nothing but problems. We can't train we can't fight and we don't get compensated for time and GP wasted or lost, so figure it out. So Please unless you have some ACTUALLY USEFUL to say, do the best thing you can and say nothing, just fix the problem.
