I need help with my account because I logged into it a couple days ago and all my valuables were stolen, and my password reset email was changed by the hacker that stole my items. I never shared my password with anyone and my email wasn't compromised, but they still stole 500 million gp worth of my items and locked my account in terms of being able to change my password. The account recovery system hasn't responded to me at all because they claim I'm not the rightful owner despite me having all the proof needed to prove the account is mine. While my account is stuck like this, I can login through my phone, but not my computer and this means that the thief still has access to logging into my account and stealing from me yet again. I want my account back, it isn't fair that someone was just able to so easily breach through my 2fa security and my bank pin and just steal so much of my hard work for me and still have access to my account. Please help
