I'm locked out of my bank. I DO NOT know my pin anymore.
THERE IS NO OPTION TO GET RID OF ACTUAL PINCODE
THEY ONLY ASK FOR MY PIN CODE WHICH I DO NOT KNOW
WHAT THE ACTUAL F***!???

All online info tells me to 'ask a reset' BUT THERE'S NO SUCH OPTION!!!!!!!! ALL THEY DO IS ASK A PIN I DO NOT REMEMBER

So you can't access your bank without knowing the pin code. That's a good thing, because that is the whole purpose of having a pin code in the first place. It is your fault for forgetting it.

That's not exactly helpful, my guy. It's okay if the OP forgets his bank PIN. You can always reset it by clicking "I don't know it" on the PIN screen or by talking to a banker.

I was not trying to be helpful. Not having access to your stuff when you forget your code is how it should be. It is nothing to rant about that the system works as intended.

Okay but if a player forgets their PIN they can easily reset it. Much like you reset a forgotten password. The intention of the PIN is to keep
hackers
out of your bank, not
yourself
. So if you forget your PIN and can't access your own bank, who is that helping? That's why Jagex included a reset option. It's on the bank PIN screen itself as "I don't know it" and it's also an option as you talk to a banker NPC at all the banks.
