Seems like every week there is a new issue so really when are you going to fix the only client your game runs on?

you make people pay for your game but can't even fix a issue that prevents people from playing. come on now get your shit together for atleast a day.

Only client? We have a lot of clients. C++, Mac, Jagex Launcher, Steam, Mobile clients, and 3PC if you are talking about OSRS etc.

Different clients may behave differently, so you need to be specific perhaps on what is the "only client" and then what issue.

The only time I get booted from the game is when my internet is being really bad -hits the modem- might be an idea to google 'speed test' and see what your DL/UL comes back as. Bob says:

Everyone with client problems should report the problem if they want a fix. Top right corner of this page, click SUPPORT. Search for Game Crashes.

On that page, read over the tips and then click Contact Us at the bottom.

Include the following information in the report:

If you submit a ticket, please include the following system details where possible:

1. Device (e.g. PC, Mac, Samsung S20, iPhone 10)
2. Operating System (e.g. Windows 10 21H2, macOS 12.5.1, Android 12, iOS 15)
3. GPU model (eg. NVidia 2070, Intel HD 620, Apple M1)
4. GPU driver version
