1. This thread will be closed for 'naming and shaming', which is not acceptable on the forums because a) the accused has no right of reply if they aren't a forum user, and b) there is no evidence that can be presented here which is so secure as to be acceptable.

2. Report disruptive players in game.

3. Jagex has provided private instances as a way to avoid disruptive players. If you don't want to use the remedy provided, that's on you.
