Jagex Launcher Startup...!

Okay, I don't know if you included programming in the Jagex Launcher that causes it to automatically try to open when I turn my computer on, but if you did, you need to remove it!

If I leave my computer on, there are no problems. But I rarely leave my computer on constantly. I turn my computer off before I go to bed. And invariably, when I come home the the next night and turn my computer on, The Jagex Launcher tries to open on its own before my computer is even done booting up and connecting to the Wi-Fi.

This causes it to error out, and I'm no longer able to open it. Which THEN causes me to have to un-install, then RE-install the launcher! I have had to do this every night this week, and I'm sick of it!

Plus, the launcher shouldn't even BE trying to launch unless I TELL IT TO!!!!

But I 100% agree that this should NOT be default behaviour. That's just lame.

No, that is not "problem sovled". The default startup is still there for everyone else.

A solve of the problem would be for Jagex to remove it from the launcher.

1. It stops the launcher from activating on startup, so yes, problem is solved.

2. I already agreed that having 'launch on startup' as default is lame and should not happen.

3. You had no problem with this advice when I originally posted it on YOUR thread, nearly 3 weeks ago, so just stop with the faux outrage already.
