Jagex Account Logout Timer

So I changed all my alts to a Jagex account for the 10 minute logout timer but I've noticed it's been logging me out around 8-9 minutes and I know this because I have a timer set for 9 minutes and many times before my timer goes off all or multiple accounts will log out despite me setting a timer 1 minute before the 10 minute mark, can someone look into this?

I did do an in game report but I'm also ranting about it because it keeps happening it literally just happened again, I'm running 12 alt accounts at once mining and 3 of them (random each time) seems to log out before the 9 minute timer goes off which doesn't make any sense because not only should they still be logged in when the timer goes off they should also have a whole other minute to stay logged in, sometimes it's the same accounts that log out sometimes it's other ones and I have no idea why, so yeah I'm going to come and rant about it seeing how this was promoted as one of the key features in switching your regular account for a Jagex account, it should be working properly.....
