Hello, my Jagex account name was Treyquaza. I tried changing this account name to Treyquaza but was unable to do so because of my jagex name. So i changed my jagex name, and it still says "an unexpected error occurred". I assume this is a pretty unique error, and if jagex could address this that would be awesome.

So I just tried it on my wifes new jagex account. She tried to change her name to something available, then changed her account name to that name. Now that name is no longer available. Its probably a bug, and I would appreciate if jagex did something about this

yes that name would not be available, there is a time limit on it.

if i was to change my name billybob76664 . tenebri will not be available for atleast 1 month.

its been this way since we had the ability to change our names. there is nothing to fix
