You know... good question... I didn't' even think about a possible OSRS Lesser Demon Question...

You may have your pick of the litter... at least they should be confirmed droppers

For the seems No Answer:
The Locations don't include Wizard Tower Lesser Demon... it could be things changed when they did its revamp back like a decade ago... but I dodn't find 'that one' on the list... as I said only Jagex would have a good answer to validate it but the other person that answered from the OSRS side shows that that location is in OSRS...
it doesn't 100% unconfirm it... but it is the only concrete piece of information on RS3 Wizard Tower I could find was on the Lesser Demon Page... but yeah...

RS3 seems its a No
OSRS seems it is a Yes
