Mute and report is broken Thread is locked

So this happened about a month ago.
I was at the GE finishing me last levels of fire making before I could go to Wintertodt. Did this beside the GE lightning logs...

Been there for not longer than 5 minutes after which this kiddo comes insulting me.

First it was about me gear looking like sht (he used different words but with the same meaning) then after that me skills where sht, lol yea another one of those.

So I only kept reflecting, he was jelly about me gear and the money it costs.

So for me reflecting, saying back the words he uses against me gave me a mute, and not only that I have no idea if he had a mute or not.

If I know he didn't and I did that would make it even worse because that means you mute and report system is broken.

I appealed it and it got denied on basis of? I don't know, never been told.
It is also funny because beside the word f@g which I used once in the end, I've never used anything that is against the rules, and why is f@g against the rules???

And then when I was muted I didn't even know!
3 days later I login and pay attention to the login screen and see I got a msg in me inbox, NO ONE PAYS ATTENTION TO THAT!!! Give me a email which tells me and whenever I speak in game tell me i'm muted.
Is this how you treat you paying costumers?

Basically you can get raged at in runescape but once you do anything back you get muted or banned. And not only that, from the evidence you get shown you only have more questions than answers. Sometimes people think they know, but do they really?

As frustrating as you found the conduct of the other player and the resultant action taken against your account, posting a thread to complain about the sanctions awarded is not welcome in the RuneScape forums. Similarly, flaming others, who have responded to your thr3ead, is also not permitted. As such, this thread is now closed.

Because you have lodged an appeal and the outcome was unsuccessful, there is nothing more that can be done to reverse the decision. Before you post again, please make sure that you check the forums' Code of Conduct and ensure that future threads are appropriate for posting.
