It's happening to me everywhere since this update. I'm having to use laceration boots in place of my masterwork boots to use my Fyrtorch and Augmented Crystal Hatchet for it now. My clanmate tested it out with me at War's Retreat, and his works just fine.
I keep getting the message "Unlocked from the Shattered Worls Reward Shop for 63m anima" almost as if the game isn't recognizing that I have it purchased. Even with Laceration boots equipped, it now appears locked in the spellbook, unless I have combat weapons equipped.
With combat weapons equipped, it works as intended and can be placed on action bars and used without error.
With laceration boots and aug crystal hatchet + fyrtorch, it can be used from action bar, but not placed on action bar or used from spellbook.
With aug crystal hatchet + Fyrtorch (no laceration boots), it cannot be used from action bar or interacted with in the spellbook.
Kind of hope this is a bug that gets resolved as I am 500 Sentinel Fragments from the WC outfit and being a BGH deity lol. Having to use laceration boots would kind of defeat that.
