Good job on ruining the new dt2 quest with the dumb combat-at-every-corner. Literally this quest is nothing but a raid. I have defeated all the main bosses only to find out there is even more. You cant understand anything from it, even tho its full of lore. ''The most daring quest so far'' is nothing but 2-3mins of dialogue followed by 40-50min of combat and running to your grave if you died, and repeating this for about 4-6 times after most of the encounters. I want to do a quest, not learn 8-10 bosses and demi bosses and practice on them for hours. This quest is literally non enjoyable because of this exageration with combat. Honestly, a quest like a Kingdom Divided is far more enjoyable and interesting than this one.

After seeing the de-personalization of the Elf quest line (because for whatever reason, hey lets go change all the text and NPC appearances on an old, iconic quest line on an old/nostalgic version of our game), I don't doubt this.

Are the same people who worked on quests pre-OSRS involved with current quests? It sounds like the new people don't know how to write dialogue.

Well the thing with DT2 is that it would have been a nice quest adventuring wise and lore wise, but they added so many combat instances and some are so hard that the focus shifts from the quest to the combat parts only.
